SMS Terms & Conditions

Purpose Financial Planning LLC

These terms apply only to the Purpose Financial Planning LLC SMS messaging program. They are not general website terms or financial advisory service terms.


1. Program Description

The Purpose Financial Planning LLC SMS program provides informational and customer-care messages to individuals who have expressly opted in.

Messages may include:

  • Responses to inquiries
  • Consultation and appointment confirmations
  • Consultation and appointment reminders
  • Reminders for events for which the recipient registered
  • Service-related updates


The SMS program is not intended to deliver investment recommendations, trading instructions, account credentials, or other sensitive financial information.


2. How to Opt In

Individuals may opt in through the contact form on www.purposefinancialplanning.com by:

  • Providing a mobile phone number
  • Selecting the standalone SMS consent checkbox


The SMS checkbox is optional and is not selected by default.

Providing a phone number without selecting the SMS checkbox does not enroll an individual in the SMS program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.


3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the recipient's interactions with Purpose Financial Planning LLC, but will not exceed 4 messages per month.


4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by the recipient's wireless carrier and mobile service plan.


5. Opting Out

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After a recipient sends STOP, the recipient may receive one final confirmation message stating that the opt-out request has been processed. No additional messages will be sent unless the recipient provides new consent.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control.


8. Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.


9. Program Changes or Termination

Purpose Financial Planning LLC may modify or discontinue the SMS program when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected in these SMS Terms & Conditions or communicated as required.
